How it works
Follow one idea all the way through. The conversation, the decision, and the work that follows stay connected.
Give the idea somewhere to live. Your team can weigh in, vote, and help it find its feet.
See the conversationLet's host a launch party. Meet the people behind the product, show what we've built, and celebrate together.
The beginning of something.
Explore the options in one thread. Give the question an owner and a date, so the conversation can move forward.
See the decisionNo more “where did we discuss that?”
Record what you chose and what led you there. The next time someone asks “why?”, the answer is already attached.
See the planApril 10. Tom will confirm the booking.
Room for all 80 guests, available on our launch date, and an easy walk from the station.
A decision with a memory.
Build a plan from the decision. Add owners and dates, review it together, and keep the original thinking close.

Every task has an owner. The original decision stays linked.
Every next step has a reason.
One space. The whole story.
Product launch · Illustrative exampleMeet Nib
An assistant that connects the dots across your space. Ask what was decided, find the next step, or catch what a draft missed.
Nib suggests. Your team makes the call.Nib at work Illustrative demo
Example: Nib answers that the launch party is April 10 at the Harbor Room, citing decision D-5 and the launch discussion.
Example. Names are made up.
A second pair of eyes for your writing, too. Improve, shorten, or summarize text — then accept the suggestions you want.
Made for working together
Write alongside your team. When the connection drops, keep your train of thought. Your edits come together when you’re back.
In sync
Example: Maria and Tom edit the launch plan on two laptops. Tom goes offline and keeps typing while Maria edits too. When Tom is back, both laptops show both changes, with nothing to fix by hand.
Named cursors show who’s writing. Changes appear as your teammates type.
Your edits are saved on this device, even when your connection drops.
When you’re back online, everyone’s edits merge into the shared document.

Before you jump in
A few things you might be wondering about CoWrite.
Yes. There is no paid plan today, and nothing asks for a card.
Only the people you add. If you make a space public, anyone signed in who has its link can read it.
Nib runs on Cloudflare Workers AI. It reads your work when you ask it something, when a document goes to review, and to write a space's weekly summary. It never changes your text by itself, and you can switch it off in Settings.
Yes. Download any document as Markdown, Word, or plain text, or print it to PDF.
Keep writing. Your edits are saved on your device and merge with everyone else's when you are back.
Add people by the email they sign up with, or share the space's link. CoWrite does not send emails yet, so tell them yourself.
Yes. Make up to 10 documents without an account, edit them, and download them. Only your browser can open them, and they stay for 30 days after your last edit. When you sign up, they move into your account.
No. CoWrite is a hosted app that works in your browser, on a computer or a phone. Create an account to start a space, or try a document without signing up.
Ask about CoWrite. Nib answers from what we say about the product.
Your question is sent to Nib for an answer. Saved questions stay in this browser.
